Do you have instructions on assembling furniture?

Assembly instructions are always included with the furniture.




Is there a first time customer discount?

At, we stand by our products and our service and are pround of the value we provide to our customer. All of our products directly from the factory to you. We are a direct to consumer company cutting out the middle man ensuring you receive the quality product you deserve at unbeatable prices. So, we don’t have a first time customer discount.


Do I have to create an account to purchase?

Yes. We hold our customers’ information in the highest confidence. Creating an account helps us to ensure that your order and order information are available to you and you alone.


Does accept major credit cards?

All orders are charged in full when placed. We accept most major credit cards to include Visa, MasterCard, and we also offer bank transfers and online payment.


What should I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?

If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?

How can I place a bulk order?

How can I order repair parts?

Am I able to make changes to my order?

Because we understand that furniture purchases are a big decision, we do have a 24-hour hold period after you place your order online, should there be a need to change your order. Please contact our customer service [email protected]




What is the status of my order?

On average, our stocked will ship within two to four days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your order ships along with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.


Will the delivery team be able to remove my old furniture?

Our delivery teams will not be able to move or remove any existing furniture. To ensure a successful delivery, we do ask that you have your space prepared to receive your new pieces.


What do I do if my furniture is damaged during shipping?

No need to worry if anything is damaged in transit to you – we have you covered! Most things can be fixed or replaced. Before refusing delivery, please be sure to give us a call, and we can assess the damage and determine the best solution moving forward.

Take some pictures of the damage so we can determine the best and fastest solution for you. You can submit the photos and a description of the damage here. We work with a network of certified furniture-repair companies and will begin contacting them to find a furniture medic who’s both qualified to address your particular issue and available.


Does delivery include assembly / set-up? does not provide set-up, because some exceptions might be our bed, bookcase, and wall-unit collections, which require simple assembly. If you still want help assembling your furniture, our customer service [email protected] is glad to help you.


I have an issue with scheduling my delivery, what can I do?

I have an issue with an item, how do I handle that?

We're so sorry to hear that you have an issue with one of our products. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase for the life of it. I need to return an item, how do I do that?

We want you to love anything you order from Simply call us and request a return, and if it’s within 3 days of delivery, you’ll receive a full refund and we’ll pay for return shipping, send a carrier to pick up your items, and return them to us.


When will I get the refund?
