For smaller packages furniture are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment and are delivered via our dedicated couriers company. For bulk items delivery orders, we will be making arrangements with you in advance for the delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Our products sold on are eligible for free delivery to Peninsular Malaysia. We will pay for the shipping fees. However, there are certain areas that have limited access due to their geographic location. Places such as islands, mountain residences, or lairs located in volcanoes. Our delivery teams may not be able to deliver, or may charge an additional fee for the delivery. If you feel that your home is in one of these areas, let us know, and we’ll check for you.

Once you payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an email from us indicating that your order is being processed. The email provide you with more information regarding the expected delivery schedule.

For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do take note that there is a extra charge per item per non-lift accessible floor will be collected upon completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or duplex apartments with stairs within unit.
