Refund and Return Policy

All items sold are final sale, except for manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for checking upon delivery. If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, we'll even pay for shipping back to us. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for the item(s).

We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before sign the delivery order. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. All items must be signed for at the point of delivery. In signing the Delivery Order, you are acknowledging that you have received all good(s) delivered in good condition and they are in no way faulty or damaged. If you discover an issue with an item after our delivery team has completed delivery, Originals must be informed of the issue in writing within 24 hours.

Should you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will provide you with a repair or a replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

If you do not reject the item upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service +60 6 9866 589 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or email: [email protected] where we are able to provide a Defective Return Form for you to fill out.

Please note that we require images/videos as well to better assist you with regards to the defects.

Currently we do not accept refund request for actual product colour and product photo colour different except it is totally different product (For example you have order coffee table , but we sending console table). Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
